Maintenance & Engineering Services
Introduction
AutoStore™ is an exceptionally well designed modular automated storage and retrieval system, allowing for relatively easy configuration changes to ports, robots, chargers, grid extensions and adding additional storage bins.
Nomis Installation provides a suite of maintenance and engineering services to integrators, from configuration changes to maintenance and diagnostic and repairs.
Modifications & Enhancements
We regularly undertake work to add robots and chargers, and induct storage bins. In addition once many end users have seen the benefits of AutoStore™ they chose to install more ports for higher through put.
Another common enhancement we carry out to existing AutoStore™ grids, is to replace some of the external cladding with transparent perspex allowing end users to show off their investment.
Repairs & Engineering
Nomis Installation is able to undertake custom engineering requirements such as the machine guards show. In addition we carry out diagnostic inspections, and repairs to existing grids including those installed by 3rd Party installers. These can range from 'accident damage' caused by MHE striking the AutoStore™ to excessive 'track shift errors' and anything in between. We will work with the integrator to find a cost effective solution and then install it, backed by our 12 month warranty.
